Fulfilment of the information obligation towards the owners of personal data processed by LOOB Sp. z o.o.

In accordance with the requirements of Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), LOOB Sp. z o.o. informs that it processes personal data and is their Controller pursuant to Article 6(1) of the GDPR. Natural persons whose personal data are processed by LOOB Sp. z o.o. have the right to access the content of their data and to demand their correction, supplementation, rectification, transfer, forgetting or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to their processing. This right may be exercised in the registered office of LOOB Sp. z o.o. in Katowice, ul. Suppliers of goods and services

Your personal data is processed in our company for the purpose of

• proper performance of the contract - data are processed within the scope of the concluded contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
• the performance of legal obligations (tax settlement, accounting) - data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
• possible recovery and legal treatment - data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The data was obtained:

• directly from you in connection with a pre-defined activity, e.g.: sending an offer;
• or from the person in charge of the company you work for - this person has indicated you as the person responsible for contacting us;
• or from data made available on public websites, in contact books or in public registers.

The data will be processed for 10 years from the time of last contact or until receiving an objection to the processing or a request to delete it. If an objection is received, the data may continue to be processed, but only until the statute of limitations for claims arising from improper performance of the contract (if the contract was concluded) or until the expiry of the obligation to keep them under the law, in particular the obligation to keep accounting documents. Only persons authorised to process data and legally empowered public authorities may be recipients of the data. The data may be transferred to the accounting office and to IT service providers that process personal data on behalf of the controller. You have the right to demand from LOOB Sp. z o.o. access to your personal data, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and object to the processing.

Your personal data is processed in our company for the purpose of

• the establishment of business cooperation and communication - pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
• the performance of legal obligations (tax settlement, accounting) - data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
• proper performance of the contract - data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
• possible recovery and legal treatment - data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
